After a malfunction of our sprinkler system required removal of an area of carpeting & pad. We called to have the new replacement pad put in and carpet stretched and tacked down. He arrived on time as scheduled was very conscientious, clean and courteous. When I offered a closer parking space in our driveway – He politely refused and explained that his truck had recently been serviced… and didn’t want to risk soiling the driveway. He explained everything he planned on doing for the repair prior to starting the work so we agreed upon price in advance. A very nice man to have in your home. 🙂
Excellent Job
I my daughter’s cat tear up the seam by a bedroom door. The good thing is that I had some spare rug. The carpet tech was able to make the repair (saddle). You cannot tell that the rug had ever been torn. The tech was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend creative carpet repair to all.

We needed a small patch repaired on our carpet in order to prepare our house for sale, and we also needed the carpet on the stairs reattached since we pulled it up to fix the stair treads. The patch came out perfect! The problem that day was… we hadn’t put the new newel posts on the stairs yet, so the guy (I feel terrible about forgetting his name) offered to come back at no additional charge to finish the job another day! It was completely our fault for not being prepared, and yet he went out of his way to make our carpet look amazing. Very happy!!!

They made my wrinkles, in my carpets, disappear
They were on time, clean, considerate, and knowledgeable. They took time to make sure they had them all and correctly. He used a big stretcher like they use to vs. the knee stretcher of today which allows wrinkles to form later. I would use again but doubt I have too. I have only seen good reviews! They were very reasonable too.

I had wrinkles for years and decided to fix. Patrick and his wife were on time, informed me ahead, and worked well as a team. Patrick gave me lots of information that opened my eyes if I have carpet installed again. He is a true craftsman. They analyzed the problem areas and how they would fix it. I wish I had done this a long time ago. I really didn’t think it would make much difference but it did.
