Using plastic runners and trying to keep up with steam cleaning the carpet was rough. She is no longer with us, and we realized we needed a better solution than having to completely tear out all the carpet and put in hardwood floors.

We did have a spare bedroom that could be a source of spare/replacement carpet, however the challenge for me was that I needed to find the right person to do the job! Mike from Creative Carpet Repair, came highly recommended by another contractor in the business. When I reached out to Mike, he asked me to take some pictures and send them to him. Mike saw the pictures, got back to me right away, giving me his solution and a very good estimate! We were able to schedule the appointment, and he called the day before to confirm!

Mike pulled up the soiled carpet and padding, bleached the sub flooring and applied an odor sealing paint on the floor, cut up the spare bedroom padding and carpet and laid it down. He spent most of the day to make sure the job was done correctly. The best part is the house no longer smells of cat urine, and the floor looks great!

“The work was top notch”

★★★★★ – “I unfortunately made a big mistake! I had a young puppy that I had to leave at home in my master bedroom when I joined a friend out for dinner. I usually will leave him the living room, which has a hardwood floor.
